Allegrone Construction recently completed a 38 Unit Multi-Family Housing project in Easthampton, MA called Parsons Village. It is Massachusetts first Net Zero Affordable Housing project and consists of 38-units: studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a community center and small park.
The community consists of six residential buildings and a community building. The project was designed to be near Net Zero Energy with stringent air-tightness requirements. Allegrone was able to meet and exceed those requirements by providing the client with high energy efficient buildings. The $7 million dollar project was completed on time and on budget.
