Abby's House
This phase occupied rehab project will convert the 100 year old building into a modern and comfortable facility that is accessible for all of Abby’s House current and future residents.
The scope of this work was broad, including façade repairs, site redesign, interior redesign, elevator installation, building systems improvements (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection), new windows, and numerous accessibility improvements. The new design incorporates a new courtyard, entry vestibule, and reception area; improvements to the Women’s Center; and new shared kitchens for resident use on each level.
