Antimony Brewery

Allegrone Companies is the architect and builder for Antimony Brewing, located in Lenox, MA.  The meaning behind the name Antimony ["not alone"] became the vision of designing the brewery as a place to bring the community together to share good times over great beer. Antimony Brewing held an exciting and ambitious vision - to convert an underutilized property into a modern brewery and kitchen.

Previously damaged and inaccessible, the mezzanine floor level now has an access stair, structural steel frame, and building envelope within its double-height space. This space now holds brewing equipment including the grist case and grain cracker, and serves as a location to store bags of grain, which can be lifted in place from the lower level by way of a hoist beam.
