Renovation of existing residential units into 102 enhanced single-room occupancy apartments. This occupied renovation project consists of completely new bathrooms, kitchens, and finishes along with new electrical services, plumbing services, HVAC system and sprinkler system to service the apartments. This 102 units are spread across 6 floors of renovation and completed over (4) phases.
