Elias Brookings Apartments

Built in 1925, the existing Elias Brookings has been restored and transformed into 42 units of mixed-income housing in a combination of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The project plays an important role in the rebuilding and revitalization of the Central Street corridor area after the tornado’s devastation, as well as the revitalization of both the Six Corners and Old Hill neighborhoods.
