Iredale Mineral Cosmetics Headquarters

Historic renovation and adaptive reuse of the former Bryant School in Great Barrington, MA to transform the 25,000 square foot rundown building into the new modernized headquarters for Iredale Mineral Cosmetics. The scope of work included a contemporary exterior glass enclosed elevator tower, major structural redesign to 50% of the roof to replace and create an expanded third floor overlooking the scenic Berkshire hills. Extensive reuse of original historic features was the challenge while providing significant seismic reinforcements, brand new infrastructure and MEP’s, and the use of modern finish materials that also contributed to the projects LEED Certification.
