Merrimack Corner

As a leading provider of senior affordable housing and supportive services, Bethany Communities expanded their Merrivista campus by developing Merrimack Place, a new 61 unit addition of affordable senior housing located in downtown Haverhill, MA.

A skywalk connects the new Merrimack Place building to the existing residence, allowing all residents to take advantage of the expanded services. The program includes an expanded wellness center, nursing area and medical services; a large community center and activity room; and a new exercise facility and space for group classes. Merrimack Place is designed to meet all requirements for Passive House certification.
