Rosewood Way

New construction of ten, two-story wood-framed structures designed for 62 affordable family housing units and a one-story, wood framed Community Center building. This development is comprised of quaint, rowhouse-type buildings that accommodate one, two- and three-bedroom units. The buildings are organized around an oval access drive and look inward to a central park-like landscape that encourages activity and interaction among the residents.
