New construction of 58 unit senior housing apartments within a single, three story building. The building includes ancillary facilities; management offices, a community room, health office, laundry rooms and restrooms.

Each apartment is equipped with a full bathroom and kitchen with rooms and hallways designed to support the needs of those with disabilities and will be easily converted to full ADA/MAAB accessibility standards if and when that is needed for the tenants.
